Install for Ubuntu 20.04

• apt install garmin-forerunner-tools

Install for Ubuntu 16.04

• apt-get install libxml2-utils
• garmin-forerunner-tools produced segmentation fault in 16.04. Download for Artful:

  • udevadm control --reload
