Install IE (6) on Linux

You'll need (via aptitude)

• Wine
• cabextract

sudo aptitude install wine cabextract

• wget http://www.tatanka.com.br/ies4linux/downloads/ies4linux-latest.tar.gz
• tar zxvf ies4linux-latest.tar.gz
• cd ies4linux-*
• ./ies4linux

Follow the general (not distribution specific) instructions at

• www.tatanka.com.br/ies4linux/page/Installation.

Uncheck Flash.

Note: the installer doesn't work the first time. try to run "ies4linux" multiple times

Start IE 6, be happy.

IE 7 currently not working.
