ullWiki plugin mode (return var)

For the interface between ullFlow (WikiLink) and ullWiki, two parameters can be given to return the docid back to a specified URL:

• return_var (request parameter): name of the parameter to append the docid to
• return_url (user session parameter): base url to return to
